There is just weird conflicts being left unstated. Clearly the kingdom is using the hero candidates as tools, but the stated goal should raise big questions. If they are just tools, what does the kingdom plan to do when they kill the demon lord? What do they do with bad tools not suited to attack the demon lord? What assurance is there that they will actually return the heroes and not just kill them? If they are strong enough to kill a demon lord, and the kingdom plans to use influence by force, why would strong heroes even bother with the demon lord, they could just kill the kingdom and its forces first then choose to kill the demon lord or not? The kingdom has not laid out a mid and late game plan that even makes sense to follow for the heroes (right now they just need to survive training while they are weak). They have to be expecting shackles of some kind to appear to keep them fighting the demon lord rather than the kingdom’s slave masters.
At least be OP first then kill the kingdom people .. lol
dropped because MC somehow didn’t notice the girl watching him when he was able to notice the demon. Then this led him to revealing that he’s an assassin to her which seems completely out of character. I will give credit that he acts more like an assassin than the other assassin manga’s but that isn’t much of a compliment when its going from like a 4/10 to a 6/10. Do these authors do any research before they start writing/drawing or do they just do whatever sounds cool to them.

I don’t get it. Why would they be rude to hero candidates technically they all summoned to that world because they all have potential to be stronger than any other human in their world, right? So, what would Saintess and the knight gonna do after all the heroes become to OP and takes revenge on those 2. Unless Saintess is a OP being who just doesn’t want to kill the Demon King herself, which I doubt it.
So either they do not know that MC killed the assassin, or they know he killed it and is with holding information.
Since they stuck him in the library, there is a chance that they know he is capable.
This is reminding me a lot of that other series, the one where the mc is also an assassin but is stronger than the hero. My guess is the creator got tired of the slow update schedule and just made his own version with color..
Wow this is the first time I’ve seen the cast actually deduce that they’re just being used by the people who isekaid them, usually only the protag is smart enough to know

so the mc can notice the gaze of an assassin but not a normal girl. he didnt even sense her presence… and for a strong knight who was supposedly watching not to notice the presence of the assassin is absurd…also why would the mc reveal he’s from a family of asassins, he could just say he’s strong… anyway i’ll continue reading for now
