2nd worse high-rank demon ever

Again, maybe I’m expecting too much since they’re so supposed to be the strongest demons behind the demon king. It’s been bothering me awhile now, but besides the princess, why the hell are the high-rank demons so weak and underwhelming, but the low-mid rank demons on the front line stronger than them and more of an obstacle to the mc and heroes candidates more than the high rank demons themselves.
Mind you, I get ability wise they’re strong, so I’m letting that slide 😒. But what I’m not letting slide is…some of the high rank demons are just weak in general
