This is the type of story where I don’t mind the MC being absurdly strong in an MMO and beating enemies that are way too high a level for him, it just fits the mood. Where I hate it are the ones like Shangri-La Frontier where there is really no reason for MC to be so unique. That MC is surrounded by others just like him that should be just as capable but for some reason are not, and he somehow is the first to try seemingly obvious things in a game with hundreds of millions of players.
