The order of these pages is about as properly arranged as a deck of cards someone threw into the air, picked up randomly and stacked on top of each other, split the deck for 7 hours without rest, and then replaced 90% of the cards with random cards from random other decks(yes, this means there could be none of one card and seven of another).
