What the heck are these hunters there ? Like they landed on water somewhere close to fishing boat and then the bad guy just dodge a bullet and gets away. Did that thing have teleport or something ? What happened in there ? All are at least A rank hunters and cant take out one guy that gets away on top of a floating plane in nowhere. Also why the plane was floating on the water when it crash land and also had holes in the body ? Why didnt it sink like in first minute of touching the water ? All talk big but are just waste of space when needed to back up there big talk
