MC shouldn’t have hesitated. She was trying to protect someone who helped enslave his family, he should have burned her to death with her friend, burned them all.
Actually, I’m disgusted he didn’t kill her. The person she protected is far far too dangerous to be allowed live. I don’t care what past she has to protect this new “cursed child”, but she’s protecting a spirit slaver, so she deserves a painful death. The worst thing is she’s most likely going to be spared.
