this premise is really dumb. i was looking for a good healer style manga along the lines of the cleric quintet but a healer who regrets healing because of one ungrateful bastard. ridiculous. doctors face ungrateful patients all the time.

Dude just heal dead cancer cells in your enemies or cause overgrowth in the heart/aorta.
As he can regrow limbs just impale them with their own bones.
Change the brain matter to muscle tissue
