Don’t they teach you in assassination school that if the enemy knows you, you are already dead? 
That said, this Creator sure made some insane items in his story… it would already be enough if the brush granted 1 additional enchantment, but twice the normal enchantments? If the strongest weapon can hold let’s say 5, just how amazing is it to have it with 10 enchantments?
