Why am I still reading this?
Using water and ice in a lava biome? Why no Kaboom? It should have caused a steam explosion due to the rapid change in temperature.
How is he even able to “exist” in there? Even if his body is fire-proof, his cloths are not… or are highly unlikely as he was wearing those, when he left his home.
Again this “know it all” attitude, which just wants me to compare him to Gabiru from “That time I got reincarnated as a slime”. They both are narcissistic and thinking highly of themselves, but Gabiru had a change of heart after he was exiled and accepted by Rimuru.
As soon as an “unscripted” event happens, which he never wrote about in the original story, he’ll be as useless as a lone brick on an uninhabited island.
Maybe… that’s what I’m hoping for… to see him fall on the ground face first and taste defeat so he can get back up and not be a pain in the *ss, but instead someone who actually cares about others.
