sometimes I come back to this manga noting the similarities Jin has to a Monster Hunter.
Hunters in that game are descendants of ancient super soldiers which lets them wield their comically oversized hunting weapons.
…the incidents in the next chapter are both entirely deserved and more than over the top for a Monster Hunter expy though considering Hunters have weathered worse from the beasts they hunt…
