Just a reminder, this scene wouldn’t have happened if the author wasn’t trying to spread mc’s revenge on few dosen chapters, thus throwing generic katana guy to stop generic mustache and beard “envious comrade turned enemy” from suffering the pleasure of duying and returning to life multiple times. Gods, the moment mc tortured that werewolf and old man by denying them sweet embrace of death was peak, that generic katana guy must suffer for his interference.
