So human life span in this world must be drastically different. 25 years ago she was at a party with the Empress. She probably didn’t have the Emperor’s son at that point yet, it would be unlikely that the Empress would be able to treat her like that if she was the prince’s mother.
The prince is fully grown and she looks like she’s 40 at most.
The karam(?) 4 armed guys leader has info about what happens 20 years in the future from now, which must be when MC does the ritual. And even in rough shape MC didn’t look much older than 20.
Either they got some nice anti aging makeup, or the artists are just lazy.
