BS plot device, it’s not like all the ghouls coordinate with each other especially now that the one that called them is dead, they’d either stop coming or would already be trickling in, and with people cleaning them up whenever they’re created there wouldn’t be that many ghouls in the first place.
with a name like soul king …….. he must be pretty strong .. just a little strong tho
