This maybe a controversial opinion but all these stories are about changing the past, present and future. If mc did his best and improved some things but still had to accept that accidents happen and people do eventually die no matter what we do. That would be a pretty meaningful storyline. 
That Ending Spoiler is super fuckin Overpowered. 😳 Reminds me of the Ai from “Heavenly Demon Cultivation Simulation” but more helpful, and Person of Interests “The Machine”. Nothing can go wrong when Lloyd has that power.
