I’m not expert but i’m pretty sure these things could be done much easier… Like the water draining, dig enough ground nearby and funnel the water from the swamp there and this mermaid could have been made from material which floats and then is connected to the ground with rope, i don’t think that Clement thing is going to last for long time,it was very expensive to build and the building base was nonsensical
