Yes, but you do realize that for animals, and in some non woke situations, using genderless pronouns is normal, also in story telling, you can delay the gender revel a bit. So its not necessarily a translation error.
Are half the characters in this story trans? Or are the translators just garbage?
Although, realistically a human form female dragon would look like an androgynous human male(as they would have no practical use for “Assets” on their chest, being similar to reptiles and all).
