This is the Law - Chapter 127
Comments for chapter "Chapter 127"
Also, I do not think you are allowed to suddenly ask someone to be a witness in a civil law suit. There are incredibly strict rules when it comes to witnesses and evidence, everything needs to be discussed with the other part, there is no “trial by ambush”.
Why make a story about law and lawyers without having even the basics right?
Having many lawyers in a civil case is not for show, they have different tasks before and during the case in court. There is a lot of things happening all the time that needs human resources also during the court proceedings.
This just keeps getting sillier. The US DoD gets sued so often, and by so many people for so many reasons, that it employs thousands of full time lawyers – in addition to the US Attorneys. The DoD would not even notice another lawsuit.
Then, there seems to be confusion over the difference between US civil and criminal courts. There’s also the class certification issue – you can’t just sue on behalf of other people. And finally, they probably couldn’t sue the US government anyway – alien torts are generally banned from US courts, with few exceptions. And no, using a US lawyer does not magically skip that step.
I hope this South Korea Nationalism arc will end soon.
