It’s true, just because you are able to memorize everything and get high marks does not make you smart if you are unable to put your knowledge to proper use. Experience is also important. You can’t pilot a plane with just knowing how it works or drive a car by knowing brakes and gears.

Surely the food hygiene people would have something to say about a ‘dog meat’ dealer who used a dog that had died of ‘unknown’ causes, and had actually been buried in the ground for a period of time ?
