Now. Hangil fam seems like a distant memory. seeing the cover for this manga fills me of nostalgia of a better time yet such deep seated pain of regret. That part of me wonders what a happy ending it could’ve been for everyone if they ran. but we know from the beginning that there was always gonna be one or two deaths. Sneaking up on the next victim, learning to fight, How to die seems to have taken an amazing direction with this time skip and still manages to make us feel as if the past had mattered. (cough cough tower of god)
