okay im kind of stupid so i dont see the contradiction or hole that yuuichi is seeing but in my opinion the most suspicious person would be the maid she already holds a grudge against shibes family. its real probably the things she said but she had not much evidence the back it up with her only proof is the sounds and shiho running out with disorderly clothes. her hatred for the family would lead her to assume the worst about what was going on so even if it was jsut a physical fight she could have thought it was sexual assault lol i have no other claims i can make right now man but my gut says that its probably the guy who was friends with him in middle school
