however the exterior is also given pathway to the conscious
what your subconscious wants is what it needs
what your conscious wants is an ideal
lets say your interior is weak, its very frail, you will feel like crying if you get yelled at over something you didnt do
your exterior, controlled by your subconscious, will protect itself, whether it be to not cry or to fight back, however, this also depends on what your subconscious thinks is the correct thing to do, perhaps its privileged, it thinks that crying is the correct option, perhaps its manipulative, it wants that person to feel guilty, perhaps its oppressed, it thinks that this is unfair, perhaps the subconscious is simply too weak to control the exterior
your conscious decides whether or not what your subconscious wants is what it wants, maybe it doesnt want to look weak, maybe it doesnt want to look strong, maybe it doesnt want to look like a bad person, but of course, that is if you can suppress your subconscious
then how do you know which one is which?

everything about you is a result of your subconscious, even if you suppressed it for most of your life, that consciousness would become part your subconscious, “i shouldnt, i should suppress it” you dont even need to think about it anymore, it adapts, you cant suppress it, you have to reach your ideals before you make a habit, because you when you reach those ideals will have a subconscious built for those ideals, not one that was built in order to reach those ideals, if it were the latter, you wouldnt be able to live it out as you wanted it
