Not at all.
Because every story for kids nowadays has a main theme about the whole…”out with bigoted old man tradition and in with progressive stuff with young teen moral high-horse-power”
Basically the theme of every young adult story. Prove me wrong.
So either Zahard will end up being the enemy (contrived plot device for MC to have moral high ground, thus, giving Zahard Princesses incentive to ally with him as well)
and/or
the Zahard Princesses (who all want his d1ck) will simply side with him for “the correct future of the Tower which Baam will lead us into!”
That kinda stuff. They’re essentially the same thing since they reach the same conclusions. There are plenty other ways to lead the story there too.
So yeah, knowing SUI, he’ll play on that ally/enemy dynamic Baam has with the Zahard Princesses
But in the END, the conclusion will ultimately arrive at the same destination.

Which I spoke of earlier.
