Urek is amazing but its also a humiliation ritual for young male audiences because he’s scripted to be “the joke” or a “jester” every time women are around.

He blushes at attractive women, smitten with them like a 12 year old schoolboy

None of the women are ever impressed with him, just bothered, annoyed. Perhaps a tiny bit awed by his station/power but nothing that ever gets them acting like they do around any given protagonist/MC.

So in the end hes just an op court jester and imho thats a subversive compromise made behind the script. “Sure, give them an awesome Chad like character but make sure he’s scripted as a joke in every relationship to the female characters in story”

Cant have an actual Chad be masculine AND have women treat him properly. Nope, he can be OP and a badahhh but he’ll always be the court jester and the butt end of every joke around any given female character who’s worth anything in said story.

Like every commercial, sit com, movie etc where the father/husband is an idiot and the wife always needs to put him in line.

And thats subversive.
