So like others pointed out, the blonde traveller is probably connected to jahad in some way. I dont think its wangnan or the current jahad. I also dont think that its jahad from their time or the Virtual jahad because cha and dowon would haven known jahad an recognized him. So I think that this person is in connection with jahad and in some way connected to the ring and The kingdom that wangnan possessed and talked about.
