Well it’s obviously the hidden history of the 11-13 families.

If irregulars(outsiders of tower) are special in the Tower, wouldnt their children also share the same properties of an irregular? Even if its a child born half irregular x half tower dweller, wouldnt that offspring carry a portion or a fraction of an irregulars properties?
