one thing I can’t seem to understand

The contract they all signed with the administrator at the top of the tower exept for V, baam’s father, makes them imortal while in the tower right ? Baam’s mom could’t kill herself but V could so if they can’t even put an end to their life themselves how can they get kild ? Or is it a rule like you can only be killed by the other familly leaders or zahard. Because if not then this fight is pointless, i’m pretty sure we already knew the info about them being immortal right ?
