Transcension Academy - Chapter 38
Comments for chapter "Chapter 38"
Be water, my friend, be water!
Bruce Lee would know.
but every path that takes you to greatness is that that is not of yourself.
It is no different for the ego-driven to win or to say that it does not matter to lose; pleasure is different from pain because of perception, or is it something objective greater than the one who perceives?
There is a deep meaning in the story!
he put away his stronger weapon that made all too ease
like the one that that weapon is famous for.
It pierced CHRIST
HE, being GOD, made himself a man.
Dress himself in human form and dare to die for his enemies.
His reasons were to give life and free humankind from the slavery of sin, and ultimately do for others what others could not do for themselves, showing the greatest power of all, loving others more than himself.
Only those who LOVE GOD above everything can genuinely love others as themselves and be able to love others in place of themselves.
You need to believe in him, CHRIST.
That was able to lose everything for you!
Mario Luigi and a donkey kong too
This is obviously better than SL, SL never had this much depth into it’s characters and the only strived to win.
Enjoy
This is lovely
Nah see this sh1t is talking some real sh1t
Mc goes on these long tangents and his oppent is like ” another time-out? Fine take your time, I’ll just wait for you to figure everything out and defeat me”.
w chapter, especially with the application of philosophy in our real lives
his hard work paid off. he finally adapting to his own style.
that was an amazing scene 10/10
After this chapter, this manhwa gains 5/5 from me. It’s exactly the part that some manga(manhwa, manhua) lack, the development of character and reasonable growth.
His fight was to win, but no to win, he fought more with himself and the barriers within, than with his opponent, but still with his opponent, the battle was an actual exchange of pointers (instead of half-mindless stick swinging, however exquisite stick swings are).
Moreover, it was really good philosophy that is actually useful in our life, you know?
When you learn something you must not simply remember it, but adapt to your needs.
When you do something, it is okay to fail, because no one is perfect, what matters is whether you grew when doing that.
The “genius magician” was overly prideful, thinking she’s perfect, blaming her loss on circumstances.
The ‘swordsman” was overconcerned with his pride, how others view him, and based his self-esteem on beating others.
But the actual path is to strive to improve, to learn and do your best. It is okay if you fail, as long as you did your best. It is okay if you are second or third, as long as you learned something from it.
Mc beats opponents using them as stepping stone not only honing his battle skills, but actually growing above their way of thinking.
“pest-hating predator” red-haired guy, “we-live-in-man-eats-man” girl from east academy, this trio of oh-so-cool cadets with their mental problems…
Damn, I’m very impressed. Although it’s not something really new, the “I do my best to win, so it fine to lose” mindset is something many people need to not break mentally in these hard days.
phew.
so wise.. god is good..
