Just speculation but I am convinced that she is either an AI that “adapted” to make the game beatable or she died during log-in and this is her after life. Too many things don’t fit for her just to be logged in. No body at her home? No immediate family members? Logging in excessivly can be bad for your health and she was overworked? No self awareness until 2 years in game? Something is off.
