Ah some variations in the Manga as compared to the Anime. I guess this is Mitsurugi meeting Makoto here in female form and later meets him in his male form? Why even the Anime so far ahead of the Manga in story anyway?

I wonder if author plans mc to ever grow up, he seems to have really childish idea of world, considering how brutal the world he is in is, even though its not brutal directly towards him

How come the story is more developed in the manga then the novel?
