People complaining about MC not using his full power are forgetting many things.
1 – as the demon tactician said, uncontrollable power is bound to fail. MC doesn’t have full control over his power yet.
2 – Even though hid power is on par with the goddess, even the best the goddess can do in this situation is summon him to the battlefield. If power is everything then she could just smite Sophia and the demons.
3 – MC wants to remain neutral. Acting here without thought would cement him on the humans side.
4 – if he joins the humans, he’s doing the goddesses’ bidding. Something he’d probably prefer death to rather than.

Combat Medic here. Okay so first off I know this is a Manga and should not be compared to reality. However if any of you actually need to make a tourniquet and tie off a limb that is bleeding badly follow these steps.
1- Make sure what you are using to tie is at least 2 inches wide or as close to as you can manage. Narrower material will cause further injury and cut into the flesh. A bow string would be a terrible choice.
2- Tie it above the wound but not over a joint. Rule of thumb is about 2 inches above the injury.
3- Keep tying until all blood has stopped.
4- Get to a hospital and have a Doctor be the one to remove it. You have roughly 2 hours where there is little risk of limb damage and another 4-6 before you have to worry about loss of the limb below the tourniquet.
PS. He had straps on his jacket sleeves already that would have been perfect if he just tightened them.
