I think he is talking on how to use more mana not how to increase his mana pool…it’s might be a great idea to drain his mana a bit
Output not quantity. It’s having 1,000,000,000 MP and only being able to use 10MP per cast.
I guess Root didn’t hear the word “use”. His fingers are all full of rings and he can’t wear any more (probably his toes too), he needs to find another pressure release valve for all his mana or another way to use it before it starts scaring the locals again.
