Victor knew about days of the week…if things could change around people without them noticing, then maybe there USED to be galaxies and other things that were taken away. The penalties could then be giving them back one at at a time?

This manga’s concept is insane. Just what was the world like during the first few penalities? I’m glad they have stars now at least. It felt so eery with only the moon

well, that was disappointing. I expected something more with the name of “galaxy UMA” but it was just a lame alien invasion that could be dealt with by almost any of the negators

Fuuko had already imagined the concept of stars before they existed, and Victor asked what day of the week it was, and remarked that their members were pretty strong this time around because they didn’t know what he meant… I’m guessing Victor is old enough that he already lived through the previous Ragnarok, and witnessed the rebirth of the world.
