I remember these things from Celtic legends. They are like a water horse that drowns its victims, can’t remember the name. Google says Kelpie, but it has another Gaelic name which I cannot remember.

Now maxi has to be quick to put her mantle over it’s head..
It’s a shapeshifting monster from scottish folklore… Tricking, Drowning and eating unvary travelers.. but if you manage to put on a bridle while it’s in horse form (or a chain while in human form) it can be tamed..
Guess the lady gets anew horse
