I have read this book so many times and I just. I have fallen in love. But seriously Maxi needs more confidence. But even though I think that, she is amazing just the way she is. Her father and everyone she knew were fucking pricks to her and my girl did not deserve any of that treatment. I am happy that she found someone as caring as Riftan to take care of her.

It feels like she is ready to improve herself with that fear of if she doesnt do it everyone will hate her. But its not easy to reach that point she was like a bird in the cage her whole life and abused both physically and emotionally, she know nothing about herself or how the world works.
