Ok, I don’t know much about legal stuff, but what I do know, is she breached a MAJOR contract. 15 billion is a lot, wether it is in yen, euros, pesos, dollars, or pounds. The contract would’ve told her to research dementia and ways to help deal with it, from the sounds of it, that was their written contract, she breached the contract without even consulting her client who ordered something completely different, which was a major breach of contract, and in this case, while not part of a company, because the money wasn’t used for the right purpose, could be considered embezzling funds. He has every right to sue her or take legal action in this situation, she might even have done enough to serve jail time. (I am not a legal professional, I doubt any of this is 100% accurate, I just shaped what I believe should be done based on the information I know from seeing legality issues being dealt with)
