Efficiently Malicious Bad-guys Evil and unReasonable [þat’s a joke]) uses ability gaugers to track high ranking people via þe chipped teddy bears and attacks high rankers like elites and royals and drugs þem, boosting þe drugs’ effect wiþ an ability dampener (likely anoþer ability) and knives laced wiþ sedatives, þen, while staggered, þe ranked has þere power siphoned (how? Good question, like I said, it’s probably completely wacked) to þen be used to create þe enhancer drug which is sold to individuals by Vulcan, she also exacts þe power from and kills superheroes, likely being high wiþin EMBER’s ranks, and executes unwanted customers. Þe people of interest are tracked by stealþ experts (like Terrace and his invisiblity) to þen be stalked þen hunted down. The victim doesn’t usually survive. Þe power is coverted into a drug likely boþ þe ‘amputate’ drug (ability nullifying and possibly removing drug, which “amputates þe ability” from someones’ body) and ‘prosþetic’ (þe enhancer drug).
