These people get level up with magic so why even ask ? Like there is no sense in this manhua. MC takes out 20-30 levels higher then himself boss monsters and get 1 level up. The others have 100 members party that grind monsters on their own level and level up like rain drops in rainy day.
In realistic world the exp would be spread on party members and they should not get a lot of exp when have large parties and grind the monsters on their own level or under their level.
While doing high risk high rewards like going after 20-30 over your own level monsters solo then you should get like at least 5 level up on a monster that is like over 20 levels of you. Especially these monsters that have like 100.000HP while MC have like only 2000HP and not even that. For level 60 it should be in 5 digits at least when normal monster boss is doing 5 digits damage on normal swings
