The part of these 2 that dont want the mc pay the 10 gold each for uniforms and they say they need to make the money on their own and then take the bus ride from the mc to go make the money. Like what is the difference in there ?

Also why mc is not already level 99 ? As when he was 8 years old he was like level 42 and got to level 42 in less then a year. So after this time skip of 6 years he should already be like level 99
