as someone who was extensively researched musashi I will say so far I’m in favor of baki’s portrayal of him but then again its early in the story and I’m sure it will get into his ruthless and unorthodox ways of battle that he was known for

I wonder what the spider in the last couple of panels eludes to, maybe it’s an analogy to Takezo in how spiders also kill their prey with no remorse but their lives are short lived, implying that our mc will not live for much longer…?
