Versus - Chapter 20
Comments for chapter "Chapter 20"
I love how there are smarter natural enemies like nyudo who realise they aren’t the strongest
Don’t forget that each giant can become super buff to massively increase their strength. So Ginbak, who hasn’t even gotten close to trying yet, also has a super form he can change to!
Oh! That butler boy is one of the heroes!
Ginbak is literally the best. He’s so op, Hilarious and his nonreactions are so good. Excited to see his continued adventures with his son and the three stooges.
Ginbak gives some best uncle vibes ant doesn’t give a shit about anything, he just became one of my favorites characters.
My ranking for the potential strengths for each threat and slight reasoning behind their positions. A lot of these are speculations but, I’d like to see what you guys think as well.
1.Mad God
One of the only natural enemies that is a sole entity. Then again, the mad god is the natural enemy of a world of those without actual powers. So terrifying that even the inhabitants of the world are cautious when mentioning him.
2.Madarans (Cosmic Devil)
Easily one of the strongest we’ve seen so far. As far as we know, even the weaker enemies in this world are still extremely powerful. We haven’t seen any high ranking alien fight as of yet; despite that, every single fight we’ve seen from these aliens have them having immense strength & knowledge. They’re also seemingly non-organic and would most likely not be affected by the parasites and also possibly curses. Also the fact that they seem like they’re holding back as a species.
3.Kaiju
Possibly the strongest entity we’ve witnessed so far. It’s so large that it’s hard to imagine anything else besting it in a physical match. Seems to lack mobility. Placed in third due to (my presumed assumption) not being resistant to parasites & curses, seeing as it’s an organic creature. Still placed above robots, though. Since I can’t imagine any sort of adaption that allows them to overcome such raw unparalleled strength. At least
4.Robots (Machine)
So far, they seem like downgraded aliens. Both gather intelligence and are extremely strong. Aliens being much more advanced, though. Not necessarily the strongest but, they make up for it with numbers. Also most likely having the same resistances that Aliens do against parasites & curses.
5.Curses
Curses seem like the worst inorganic natural enemy on this list towards the organic beings. Being able to corrupt the ocean, also just being able to rot materials in general. While parasites will take over a host, this is just pure death until only bones remain.
6.Parasites
I would have placed this higher had there not been methods to resist it. (Pills, magic, items from the curse world.) It will definitely have more impact than curses, though. Seeing as some of the strongest natural enemies can most definitely be infected by it.
7.Demons
Honestly one of the fiercest natural enemies of the series. They can’t seem to top the rest above them, though. Demons or Titans was honestly a tough decision, but demons just have way more versatility and seem to be just better titans. Seeing as the only named titan is Ginbak, the chief of all titans. Demons having 47 (I think) demon kings is a hell of an advantage seeing as they don’t rely on one sole entity to carry their mistakes. (Mad God’s an exception as he doesn’t even have lackeys, he has to be one of the strongest enemies to be a one man army.) Also regarding this chapter, they have the ability to directly confront someone like Gunbak.
8.Nature
Placed in 8th cause I can’t see anything below it taking it down, except for the world tree. Even then, the creatures residing in it couldn’t lay a hand on a high ranking demon. The same can’t be said for the titans, where they seemingly only have one insanely strong titan and the rest being of similar strength.
9.Titans
Like I said for the Demons, they seemingly have to rely on a single entity to fight their actual fights. They can fight enemies with the similar traits to their own race, large numbers but, no real apex entity among their race, or only one. We’ve seen them get taken over by parasites, and nature, another reason why it’s below them both.
10.Neo-Humans
Neo-Humans are honestly not too impressive. They’re strong but like the titans, are only strong because of their numbers. But unlike titans, they seemingly don’t even have an apex entity among their race. We saw how much damage they took in their territory already from a small handful of titans. I wouldn’t be surprised if a single demon king or Madaran can wipe out their race alone.
11.Lawless
Literally just humans. They are mean humans with guns, they have obvious leader characters within their group but, they are also human with guns at the end of the day. Said leaders just seem to posses greater intellectual abilities compared to their lackeys.
12.World Tree
While I can see the world tree doing the most damage to the world within this list; it just seems to progress too slow. Hell, inhabitants from this world are still alive. A sign that there was still a possible way to survive despite it being described as a curse on crack. Even worse (from an entity’s standpoint) inhabitants from this world are able to utilize it directly for their own benefit. One way or another, they had to have gone up to it to extract said items. Seems like a hard counter to nature but, even then, I wonder how long it takes for it to take over the world with its roots. Better yet, I wonder if Madarans could also extract it like the inhabitants of its world did to their benefit.
13.Recreational Hell
I’ve got no clue, it just sounds like the matrix. It was mentioned once and we haven’t even got a clue as to what it does. Unlike the other entities we haven’t seen in action, this one is so broad that you can’t really pinpoint what type of threat it could pose to other natural enemies. It also sounds like something you’d have to willingly step into to activate. The inhabitants of the world mentioned they would be penalized if they didn’t go back to it. They don’t really suffer from anything else except for being tired, or whatever they were during their introduction. Seems way better than anything else on this list, though.
