Oh, so it’s a 1 hit kind of skill with 20 hours of cooldown. Well, I guess that’s balanced enough. Not too OP, not too useless (one of my guesses was it could be used for a total of 20 hours before disappearing forever).
Of course, the ability to block an ultimate attack is OP, but only in 1 vs 1 battles. And if your opponent has enough strength left to use it again, then you won’t have a 3rd chance so easily
that was one hell of a gamble

I think the Annihilation thing skill allows the user to cut any existing physical object that’s why the shadow is unaffected since you know.
I think he’ll only be able to use Shadow Armor for 20 hours overall, like that’s all he gets and if he runs out its gone until he next ranks up in skill or something (been a long time since I’ve read this)
