ok so for those who dont understand what a vilzone is and why it would be in a town without the governement going after them. here is the basic a vilzone is a place where villains can go. its at least a couple blocks big and the villains inside vilzones usually dont really leave it and they chill there so they dont really destroy the towns and rob stuff its basicly an apeasement zone for vilains so they dont have to run and steal. cuz everybody knows if villain would just rob and steal there would be MANY more deaths.
No way they’d allow there to be a villain zone that close to populated areas, not that most villains would be able to keep a low profile anyway. Also this moron decides to fight right in front of a very conspicuous camera.
