“This is a trap!”
Well no shit Sherlock its not like our MC was saying that since THE FUCKING BEGINNING
God I really hate blockhead characters who are overconfident in their strength and never stop to think of other outcomes.
This is why I like the MC, while he relies somewhat of his memories of the future, he also knows that not everything will he the exact same as he changes the timeline. He thinks things through and puts his knowledge to use.
While the sacrifices could have been avoided had those particular parties actually thought things through, I do appreciate how far this story has come.
For stories like these im reminded of the Japanese idiom; 起死回生
Or in translation; “Wake from death and return to life.”
This idiom in particular is fitting for this as its meaning is “To take a bad or desperate situation and turn it into a successful one.”
Ah I’m rambling ill just post this i guess. Anyways thats my thoughts.

Weird how the dumbass is acting like he won everything. He did influence the battle. Fewer casualties the dumbass leader was sacrificed good riddance not like he was any help anyhow.
