Impact girl’s behavior is sus. I’m quite sure there something behind this reckless behavior, always teasing males like that. I bet this is all a facade and she went through something quite terrible and uses that to hide her true feelings.
Could be wrong though, but given the context it would be strange to see such a one sided character in this story.
