Isn’t he officialy a dragon now? Maybe he’s the dragon that his father trying to defeat but once the dragon almost die he turn into baby human and the father took him as a son right? Just like the titan he spare?
I think the source of the Mc’s power is from being born while his father still had the poison (he prob got his wife pregnat when he had the poison on him so his son grew like that) or probably is just Plot Armor
you know with how they have this setup i think him being a human dragon hybrid makes more since seeing as all the strong people in the warrior high school are hybrids and seem to in some ways be even stronger would be funny if that is the case because he could be able to become stronger then even the strongest dragon

Maybe the dad didn’t get poisoned “fighting” a dragon. Maybe he got poisoned having, uh… “relations” with a dragon
The mom is prolly that dragon. Had mc then betrayed father or something. Or maybe mom dragon was killed by evil dragon then in an attempt to get revenge father fought, then lost resulting in the poisoning
They just switched out demons with dragons. It isn’t different if they are acting the same.
Could the mc be a dragon that lost its memory and was raised by the man who defeated him

Just like all others are saying, I would have to bet that the mc is related to a dragon in some way. Whether that be him being half-dragon or him being a dragon. I kinda want him to be related to the “World Ending Dragon” tho, cause that would be sick af. Just think about it… mc marching into battle as a flippin Draconian!
