So basically Eldric and Persiun likely have some sort of deal with the Demon King that we are now learning about, and Eldric seems to have the ability to resurrect people with that knife. Right? We see him stabbing himself as he falls as well. Also maybe it’s possible that the church might have been aware of this situation with the Demon King to a certain extent. This is a hard one to skim.

Not gonna lie they have peak writing and art is also good but I just can’t understand what’s going on 😕 the story itself isn’t complex just … I can’t but still interesting read

Imma make an absurd guess and say Pershion is the mc’s dad that made a sort of pact with the demon king and went back to his hometown to make a family with mc’s mom

Personally I think this art style conveys the story poorly. It is very difficult to follow what is happening when all the heroes look nearly identical. Reminds me of Castle Crashers the videogame where all these knights are slightly different with just a different color. Just in this it is all black and white.
