He gets them to agree to “forget” him WITHOUT revealing that he is using a skill to forcibly mess with their minds (agreeing too forget and agreeing to use of skill are VERY different). Its very close to consensual interaction becoming raape—just mental rather than physical.
Very morally questionable!
