Just once, I’d like to see the MC hesitate before chowing down on an obvious sentient creature. Either that or have him speculate on the taste of your various monster girls. Just to be fair.

Not exactly the most original opening but I guess it cant really be helped. with so many isekai stories out there, most of the fresh ideas have already been taken. If it manages to make up for it with the rest of the story then it can be forgiven for any similar plot lines to others.

You’ve been transported to a no-man’s-land in another world for no reason at all, and the first thing you do is rescue a damsel in distress. It’s so shallow you couldn’t even slip a sheet of paper between.
