That tub would be completely filthy after washing a dog that big in it. Are we to believe that this critter doesn’t shed?

No. No you may not use the herb GARDEN… because that wouldn’t be the plant’s natural habitat, and therefore would make it a crop.
You have to go where it naturally grows, and then do it there.
Oh well, let’s just chock it up to bad translation and not bothering to lookup the definition on what the english words they are using mean.
