I get it that when you dream and you feel like you are about to die you wake up in terror, but those wounds were absolutely deadly, weren’t they?

seems like if mc gets too emotional or loud or whatever in the dream then he wakes up. He couldve finished it but screamed and all that blah blah so he woke up. But this guys in the hospital so mc doesnt need to worry. I mean mc will worry but he can just finish him in his sleep tonight
